Terrible experience.

xhtml.pixelcrayons.com failed on almost every one of their promises and clearly have no interest in sticking to their word.

I guess all I can do now is suck up the loss and warn others to look elsewhere for PSD to css/html work.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. These guys set the customer respect bar so low that almost any other vendor will probably be a better choice.

"CHEAT"... don't you think you are being rude and not only rude but very rude. Well, we all would like to see what you got to prove them as cheat? The deciding parameters are well written in the post and these days the competition is so tight that you would not realize when you are tipped off and your competitor has risen up.
